What missed enquiries cost your clinic.
Most clinics know their no-show rate. Almost none can tell you how many enquiries never made it to a booking. The numbers below estimate that gap, then convert it into recovered revenue.
How the maths works
Two inputs drive everything: missed calls per week and the average value of a booking at your clinic. The calculator multiplies missed calls by four to get a monthly volume, then assumes 60% of those become bookings if you respond fast enough. It multiplies that by your average booking value to estimate the monthly revenue currently leaking through unanswered enquiries.
The 60% conversion figure is deliberately conservative. Industry data on after-hours web enquiries suggests 70-80% will book somewhere within the same week if they get a fast response. We round down to account for the patients who drop off, who turn out not to be a fit, or whose enquiries can't be resolved without a clinician.
The output is an estimate, not a quote. Real numbers vary clinic to clinic. A specialist clinic with high-value bookings and low after-hours volume will see different economics from a multi-clinician GP practice fielding twenty enquiries a day. If you want the version with your actual data plugged in, that's what the demo is for.
